Delete your Khalesaha account

The «Khalesaha» (خلّصها) app is operated by Takhlees Alaamal Company. You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account), or on this page without signing in or installing the app.

What gets deleted

• Name
• Phone number
• Email
• Address
• Identity details
• Documents you uploaded

What we keep, and why

• Financial records (what was charged, refunded and paid out), because we are legally required to keep them. Your name is removed from the invoices; the amounts are not.
• Ratings and disputes you were part of, with your own text removed, so the other person's record stays meaningful.
• Notes our staff recorded about conduct, where one exists.

Company accounts

Company accounts (company representatives and their workers) can't be deleted on this page. Send your deletion request to customercare@khalesaha.com
